Last updated: 4 May 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at sympheny.com (the "Site") and any marketing materials offered through it. The Sympheny software platform is provided under a separate written agreement between Urban Sympheny AG and your organisation; in case of conflict, that signed agreement prevails for the platform.

2. Provider

The Site is operated by Urban Sympheny AG, Technoparkstrasse 2, 8406 Winterthur, Switzerland. Contact: contact@sympheny.com, tel. +41 43 216 34 84.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the Site, request a demo, request access, and download materials we make publicly available. You agree not to:

  • Misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the Site's source code without our written consent.
  • Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through any form.

4. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, screenshots, logos, brand marks) is owned by Urban Sympheny AG or its licensors and is protected by Swiss and international copyright and trademark law. Limited reproduction is permitted for internal evaluation by professional users; commercial reproduction requires our prior written consent.

5. No warranty for marketing content

Information published on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate, we make no representations or warranties as to its completeness or suitability for any particular project. Numerical results, examples and estimates shown on the Site are illustrative and do not replace a project-specific engineering assessment.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example partner organisations or industry resources). We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Urban Sympheny AG is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law.

8. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive venue for disputes is Winterthur, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.
