Privacy
Urban Sympheny AG is a Swiss company. We handle personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the data we need to run the service and respond to inquiries, we do not sell personal information, and we keep project data hosted in Switzerland and the EU by default.

California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it deleted, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Sympheny does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The privacy practices described above apply to California residents as well.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@sympheny.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You can use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Use of the Sympheny platform and website is governed by our terms of use and, for paid plans, our general terms and conditions. They set out the license to use the software, acceptable use, liability and the basis on which we provide the service.
