Data protection in India (DPDP Act)
Urban Sympheny AG is a Swiss company. Our handling of personal data is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), as described in our Privacy Policy.
For users and customers in India, we align our handling of personal data with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the rules notified under it. In practice the GDPR baseline we already operate to covers the DPDP Act's core obligations: purpose limitation, consent, data minimisation, breach notification and deletion on request.
